Cancellations & Refunds Policy

At LushHeirloom, every product is carefully packed and shipped to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes plans change — and we’re here to help.

Order Cancellations

Orders at Lush Heirloom are usually made and shipped within just a few hours of being placed.
Because of this fast processing time, order cancellations are generally not possible once an order has been placed.
Once your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel it, but you may be eligible for a return or refund as per our policy below.

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged or defective product.

• You received the wrong item or incomplete order.

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos or an unboxing video as proof. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please note that products that have been used, opened, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to hygiene and quality reasons (especially for organic or consumable products).

Refunds

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
For prepaid orders, the amount will reflect in your bank or wallet depending on your payment provider.
For COD orders, refunds will be initiated via bank transfer after verification.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non Returnable Items

Certain items such as perishable goods, opened containers, personal care items, or customized products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. Please check the product description for return eligibility before purchasing.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the mentioned time frame, please first check your bank or payment account. If the issue persists, contact us at help@lushheirloom.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
