Shipping Policy

At LushHeirLoom, we strive to ensure that your orders reach you quickly and in perfect condition. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation and are usually delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your location and courier partner availability. We currently offer shipping across India and are working to expand internationally soon. Shipping charges vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout. You will receive a tracking number and link once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order. If you need to make any changes, contact us within 6 hours of ordering – once the package has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the address. Orders are processed Monday to Saturday; we do not ship on Sundays or public holidays. In case of any delays, lost shipments, or damaged deliveries, please contact us immediately at help@lushheirloom.com, and our team will assist you promptly with a replacement or refund as per our policy. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take additional time. We take utmost care in packaging, handling, and dispatching your products, and we appreciate your patience and trust in LushHeirLoom.
